Hi Jerry - There was no one around who seemed to be working on the display. This is the only time I've seen a mannequin in this condition here - and I've passed by this particular shop many times. I think maybe they needed the dress that was on the mannequin for a customer possibly, and just quickly draped this one over for the time being.
Is this a completed window display or a work in progress?
