Arabic Sign: No Barbecuing on the Beach

This sign caught my eye as I walked along the beach on the Corniche in Jeddah.  
I don't know exactly what it says in Arabic, but the graphic makes it clear.

    There's Arabic writing on my box of Oreo cookies. Good thing it's also written in English. :)
