Saudi Arabia: Modern Minaret


I have a fascination for mosque minarets, and this one is quite unusual.  The modern swirl design of the minaret is so simple and graceful.  I have never before seen one like it here.  The crescent moon shape tops off most minarets.

    You are right..... It gives an entirely new dimension to the mosque. Looks more welcoming!
