Do people in the above floors ever sit on their balconies?
Hi Jerry - I have honestly never seen people utilizing the balconies except to hang clothes to dry or for storing stuff. Most balconies are so small that they seem to be just an architectural feature.
And of course the VIP designation!
I thought the balconies were decorative. Too bad.
