This young visitor to the 11th annual Yanbu Flowers and Gardens Festival enjoys the new pool and garden area which features spray fountains. The festival will run through April 7th.
Marcia - Yes - and I would have to say it is not common at all in Saudi Arabia. I actually had my son on a leash when he was a toddler in Florida. I was an older mom and he was pretty fast, so for safety's sake, I had him on a leash!
Is that child wearing a leash? Is that common?
