The tentlike structures to the right is called the Hajj Terminal at Jeddah Airport. It is an open air structure with no walls, but the tent roof provides shade for the millions of people who arrive here during Hajj, the religious pilgrimmage to Mecca (just an hour away from Jeddah by car) that Muslims are required to make once in their lifetime.
