Every time I have been to the house, no one has ever been using the pool. It is at a private residence. I would think that the pool has been used for swimming.
I am not really sure about charges for groups visiting the Angawi House. It is not open to the pubic but is open for specific groups with reservations.

I like the execution of the house, still I am not a fan of indoor pools (chlorine smell and the inability for the floors to stay dry).
