There are some larger chains that do carry an assortment of western products. But if you like a particular brand of a product, it is not easy to find. There are online groups where expats in different cities will post the availability of specific finds to alert other westerners. We stock up on special products like that when we find them! When we return to KSA from home, many people will often pack their suitcases with hard to find products that we prefer too.
