All too often the skies of Jeddah are hazy and dusty. I was happy with the sky on this day. The blue really makes the mosque's minaret stand out nicely.

I love towers like this, though with modern technology they are probably outmoded. To a Muslim used to hearing them they might be a reminder of the past, as church bells are to many of us.
It does stand out nicely.
