Our World: Harbor at Oh Dark Thirty

When I go out on the Red Sea with my husband, he likes to go in the middle of the night before the intense heat of the day approaches.  This harbor is at a place called Durrat Al Aroos, a popular resort area north of Jeddah.  I love the blackness, the stillness of the water, and beautiful reflections of the boats.

So still! And so lovely.

isn't that funny, two Tuesday tour places with marina pictures in a row. There's nothing quite like water at night. Can you see many stars there?

Great night shot. Wouldn't it be fun to go out in one of those boats?
