Hi Jerry - This was taken after some special event in Jeddah. I'm sorry I don't know who the men depicted in the large banner on the building are.
Hi William - Me too. The wooden slatted window coverings are unique to Jeddah and are called rawasheen. They are painted in various colors likes different shades of blues and greens and sometimes reds and browns.
