Incense is widely available and used in the Middle East. Its use is affiliated with most major religions. In fact, during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, when all Muslims fast from sun-up until sundown, it was
reported in the newspaper that sales of incense within the kingdom reached one BILLION Saudi riyals, which is approximately US $266 MILLION! That is, sales only during the one month of Ramadan!
