Typically many vehicles here in Saudi Arabia sport Arabic script like this that are either verses from the Quran or are religious in nature. This one says "Mashallah tabarak allah" which is very difficult to translate - but something like whatever Allah wants, he will put blessings into it. If anyone else has a good translation of this term, please speak up.
