Yes, headless mannequins in shop windows are a common thing here in Saudi Arabia. I have to wonder if one can order headless mannequins, or if they have to order the complete mannequin with the head. And if so, what do they do with the heads then?
Some of these mannequins actually have a silver cap at the neck - but not all of them do...

It is seen at some stores here too.
In Spain, these are very common. Some shops prefer them because the heads become old-fashioned quickly (and then, they seem creepy). Also, because you can use them for boys or girls, as you need.
Of couse, you buy them without the head! :)
