Saudi malls are filled with the same types of stores like everywhere else in the world.  Here is a Steve Madden shop in a mall in Jeddah.

Jeddah: Hardee's in Arabic

Many hamburger chains exist in Saudi Arabia - and they all deliver! Yes, Hardee's, McDonald's, Burger King, you name it - they all deliver.  Why, you may ask? It's simple - because women cannot drive here in Saudi Arabia.

Many food products are imported into Saudi Arabia from all over the world.  I don't think Disney would be too happy about the one below ...

Well known chains like Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins Ice Cream are often found right next door to each other here in Jeddah.

Arabic Logos

Here is a building which has three familiar business logos on the ground floor:  Baskin Robbins, Bose, and Subway.  I enjoy seeing familiar logos transformed into Arabic fonts.

Jeddah: Benihana in Arabic

Here is another familiar worldwide chain logo written in Arabic - the famous Benihana of Tokyo.  I haven't eaten at this one yet, but I have been to several in the US. Benihana has over 100 locations serving more than 20 countries around the world.  What I like about Benihana - besides the food - is the entertaining way the chefs prepare the orders right there at the tables in front of the customers. They slice and dice and twirl around the utensils with real style and showmanship.  

Carters and OshKosh in Arabic

Here are the Arabic logos of Carter's and Oshkosh.  The shops are located in the Mall of Arabia in Jeddah.

Tommy Hilfiger in Arabic

All the world famous designer labels are available here in Saudi Arabia.  Many younger Saudis are very into looking good and being fashionable.  This mall offers a Tommy Hilfiger outlet.
